• 2 large avocados (peeled and diced )
• 6 tablespoons red onion (thinly sliced )
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 cup tomato ( finely chopped seeded )
• 1 tablespoon coriander ( finely chopped )
• 4 tablespoons olive oil
• garlic , salt and pepper to taste
Avocados , red onion, tomato and cilantro in the dish ( CH 17-2 or 17-3 CH ) mix together .
For the dressing, mix the lemon juice, garlic , and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
